Vagtopia Shipping & Returns Policy

At Vagtopia, we want your journey to the Floasis to be smooth, timely, and magical. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your boxes, teas, and goodies safely in your hands—and what happens if something goes sideways.


Shipping

Where We Ship

  • Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Processing Time

  • Subscription and one-time orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

  • Orders including the Coochie Quiz personalized items may require additional time to ensure your Flo File is applied correctly.

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or weather.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping speed.

  • Occasionally, promotions may include free shipping for eligible orders.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • If you have questions about your delivery, contact us at support@vagtopia.com.


Order Issues & Shipping Errors

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Vagtopia is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

  • We recommend using secure delivery locations or addresses where someone can receive the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order info.

  • We will work quickly to replace or refund the affected items.


Returns & Refunds

Subscription Boxes & Personalized Items

  • Because Vagtopia boxes are curated for your cycle and often include herbal remedies or hygiene products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

  • If your box is defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days, and we will provide a replacement or credit.

Non-Subscription or One-Time Items

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@vagtopia.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and an address.

  3. Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.


Cancellations

  • You may cancel a subscription before your next billing cycle via your account portal.

  • One-time orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement; after that, they are processed and shipped.


Additional Notes

  • All returns and issues will be handled promptly and respectfully—because we believe your cycle deserves care, not hassle.

  • Vagtopia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; changes will be reflected here with an updated “Effective Date.”
